Booking form. Your name, email, event details, and any optional contact information or message you submit.
Newsletter. Your email address when you subscribe.
Technical data. Security and anti-spam information such as IP address and country may be recorded with a submission.
Why we use it
Booking information is used to read and answer your request. Newsletter information is used to send the updates you requested. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions.
Optional marketing pixels
Meta and TikTok pixels load only after explicit consent. They may measure page visits and selected actions to evaluate promotion. Declining consent leaves these tools disabled and does not affect the site.
Processors and retention
Sender handles email delivery and newsletter subscriptions. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and protects the site. Booking requests are kept for up to 12 months after the last exchange; newsletter data remains until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@n4udy.com; requests are answered within 30 days.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority at autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
